I threw a fit of rage and hit the closet door with both my hands...and I'm 24 weeks
Luckily l fought the urge to throw my body against the wall. But still
could this fit of rage have hurt the baby and could my have hitting my
hands against the door have hurt the baby physically?
it cant hurt the baby physically, but when your stress level
goes up, the baby gets stressed. if you want to keep this baby healthy,
you might want to get help about your anger problems. what if the baby was
here and you would of took your anger out on that baby. you could really
hurt someone or something, not to mention yourself. honey, you need help.
do it now, not later. think about that baby. not yourself.
Hurting ur hands will not hurt the baby, but rage is a form of
stress on the body its not healthy. Why are you having such an extreme fit
of rage? Is that normal for you? You need to get that in check before
you're holding a newborn in ur hands or having a child learning from ur
behavior & how you handle anger.
Anger management perhaps? You're talking about throwing a fit of anger like its completely normal. Its really not & it shouldnt be. You need to get that in check asap.
You physically hitting the door with your hands no want hurt
the baby. BUT the stress of whatever made you that angry could very
well make you loose your baby. You have to be careful about what you let
get to you. it can and will hurt your child
Almost certainly not.
Let your anger out by writing a long angry letter, or punching a pillow.
Then take a nice bath or a walk or some other stress relief.
